Robert- saw that earlier this morning. Really funny and a great ice-breaker in probably one of the more difficult days we can remember in our escrow business (is it just me or are people just flat out rude and stressed out right now. I mean over the past several weeks it seems like someone has just turned on the stress switch. Anybody agree?)

Quite the parody, and yet it rings true in today’s market environment.

Thanks!
