There are definitely some gems in the list, so if you're new to Rain City Guide, or real estate blogging in general, please consider checking out the list...
Without looking at the dates, I could have told you that we really hit are stride back in February or March of this past year... However, when looking at the published dates, it seems obvious that we haven't been up to our usual snuff as of late (with the exception of some great Ardell articles in October...). Please feel free to share your constructive criticism on how we might improve the content of Rain City Guide!
While I was all ready to end the post with the above list, I realized that it would also be fun to point out some of the articles I found most interesting to write, but didn't make the list. (I encourage all RCG contributors to do something similar):
And finally, I found it particularly fun to read the slew of interviews I did at the beginning of last year. Lots of stuff has changed in a year in real estate blogging, but not as much as you might think!
